Excellent Quality. Would Order Them Again.
I wanted to make Chile Colorado for the first time. I couldn't find dried chile peppers locally so I thought I'd order some off Amazon. The Casa Ruiz Chile Guajillos were fragrant and soft. They were easy to cut, remove the stems and seeds and when I soaked them, they rehydrated fine. I was very happy with my purchase and would order these again.
