Need patience to use
Had visions of home made egg Mcmuffins . Too much trouble for that, but this is the pan for something like that. Good pan, just a bad idea on my part. I would recommend eggs only.

I believe I will learn to love the pan. I cooked in it one timeI made three pancakes and an egg. I have to learn how to flipthe pan cakes. Was happy to receive the spatula and brush that came with it. I purchased two, waiting for my friend to use hers

Seems to work adequately
I bought this specifically for an induction plate. It worked pretty good but wasn't real even heat, though that was more because of the induction plate I purchased. It works good on the gas stove.

Loved how I handle the pan and it’s easy to clean! Eggs tastes way better than standard pan!

Over Easy
I am not a great, good or to capable cook! but with this Pan, I am in "Over Easy Heaven"! I just put a little peanut oil around the bottom and the sides of the little compartments, put it on my induction top, let it heat, and then crack me some eggs, and use the little green thingy, run it around the edge of the compartments when I feel my eggs have cooked long enough and, "Boom Shaka Laka, I'm good to go," I just add Toast and Ole Jimmybo is done. "It's Sooo Easy"!!!
