Good stuff!
I actually found a product that works for my sea sickness. I love the water - I love being in the water and under the water but not on top of the water where I'm bobbing and rolling on a boat. I hate cruises. So when the time came to go on a 7-day Alaskan cruise I armed myself with these ginger capsules. All I can say is this works very well with no side effects (like dry mouth from Dramamine). The only drawback is the amount of capsules you have to take on a daily basis to keep the dosage up. Aside from that, this stuff is awesome and I can now enjoy being on a boat in the open seas.

This is a great product. My husband and I cruise the Chesapeake ...
This is a great product. My husband and I cruise the Chesapeake Bay from May through November. The first time we went sailing I got motion sickness. After two miserable days I found this product at a West Marine store. That was 12 years ago and I use it every time we sail. It not only prevents motion sickness, but it will stop it after it starts. The down side is the expiration dates are not listed on the outside of the box. It is on the inside packaging. I had two boxes that expired in July 2015 and ordered 4 more through Amazon; two had a 2017 date but two had the 2015 expiration. I located the Sailors’ Secret website and phone number and called – 4 times- and left messages asking if the product could still be used. They never called back. So while the product is good, the company does a poor job supporting it. I found similar ginger tablets at other stores like GNC. I will try them in the future.

Really Works for Me
Good, effective product with no side effects. The only issue I have is that a dose is four pill. You go through a box fairly quickly at that rate.

It might have helped
I sometimes get motion sick and sometimes I don't there isn't really any rhyme or reason to it. So on a recent whale watching trip I took these before we started out and took two more before we started heading back, and I did not get one bit nausea, but since I took them before any symptoms set in I can't say for sure they worked. I can say that they did not irritate my stomach at all which is huge for, and they are way better than taking something that makes you drowsy.

Love love love it!!!!
Why didn't I find this product sooner!? Being a military brat, I found myself on many plane trips, every time it was time for my parents to transfer to a new base. And every single time, I suffered terrible motion sickness. I became severely nauseated and would have migraines that lasted 1-3 days as a result of the motion sickness. After my parents retired, and I became and adult, I vowed to never take a plane trip unless I really had to...which was only once for my sister's graduation across the country. I didn't even want to travel anywhere by plane for my honeymoon, that's how bad the motion sickness was. Cut to last week, my husband really wanted to go to Hawaii, so I spent hours hunting down the perfect remedy to my motion sickness. I found it with Sailor's Secret Premium Ginger. I lasted the 5 hours on the plane it took to get to Hawaii without so much as a tiny headache. I will never take another trip without this product!

Still seasick
I used this product before snorkeling in the ocean, and I still felt quite sick. I didn't vomit, but I also quickly got out of the water when I realized my stomach wasn't happy with the constant rocking from the waves. This may have decreased the nausea, but it's difficult to know for sure.

These are incredible to prevent sea sickness
I cannot believe how well these work. I have been on several cruises and was motion sick on each one. I tried so many different things each time, thinking there must be something that will help me. I have used regular Dramamine, a patch, wrist bands, and such. On my last two cruises, I used these ginger pills. I took them every 4 hours and they helped immensely with my seasickness. If I was asleep, I would wake every four hours, I just took them when I woke up. It was incredible. I thought it may have been a fluke when I cruised to Alaska, but then I took them on a Caribbean cruise where waters are rougher and they worked like a charm there, too. Love, love, love these! I am definitely a believer. I think the key is to keep a steady level in your body throughout the cruise.

Anti-nausea meds
I bought these for a cruise, since I do sometimes get motion sickness. I ended up having to use them before the cruise because I woke up one morning with a really bad case of vertigo. My stomach got super-rocky, it was miserable. I decided to try these ginger capsules and within 30 minutes my stomach had really calmed down even though I still had the dizziness. I only had to take one dose because the vertigo got better over the course of a day or so and my stomach never acted up again. I was very impressed that it worked so well! I never ended up taking it during the cruise because I didn't get any motion sickness, but for sure I'll keep it around the house for when I need it!
