Broken worm screw
The worm screw broke on the first use, how do i get a replacement?

The chuck
The spur drive on the headstock is used in conjunction with a dead center mounted on the tailstock. The chuck shown in the pictures is for use only on the tail stock. The description doesn’t describe this detail.

Great for beginners and small woodworking projects. Great table top work and quiet running motor.

it never said anything about being used and greasy
i finally got around to setting this up -- had to make space and rearrange my life for it, and was so excited. started being disappointed when i opened the shipping box and the packaging was messed up and there was a huge red sticker on the box. then i opened the product box -- easy since half the tape was already gone -- and found the product... with tiny greasy bags that had once held new things. all used, and not in that good, hidden way, but in a very obvious way.i have often purchased used products, but i know that going into the transaction. this felt deceitful.
