My five year old granddaughter loved making these and they were so cute when they dried. She was excited to hang them in every window.

For older skillful children
The paint was runny so it was hard for young children to manage without spilling all over. It was a project but I would recommend this to age 8 or over or use plastic picnic table sheet to minimize cleaning up work.
