I have been buying Yogi Tea for a while now. I have one cup a day before going to bed, and get a fantastic nights rest. Now I also give to my friends when I hear them complaining about not being able to sleep. I've tried other brands of sleepy tea, but the bedtime Yogi tea for me is the best. You can taste the quality of it I liked it so much they have gift sample in a nice gift box that I have given to a friend as a get well. In addition I've given Yogi Teas to my neighbors over Christmas.

1st - this tea is totally relaxing. 2nd - perfect use before bedtime. 3rd - use local honey for sweetener if you need that. Local honey definitely helps with allergies. 4th - you can use other teas with this for differing flavors and help-aids. 5th - rather than heating the water in the microwave, use the hot water button on your Keurig... works faster with hotter water. 6th - if still have trouble sleeping, try adding a tea bag of night-time herbal tea - ALWAYS MAKE SURE THESE TEAS ARE CAFFEINE-FREE!!!

Love the honey and lavender one, and the nighttime one has a bit of a sweet aftertaste. Nice quality overall and caffeine-free.

My wife used to love the Yogi Bedtime tea. It worked like a charm at first, she’d fall asleep right away. But over time, it seems like she’s built up a tolerance to it, and it’s just not as effective as it used to be.

Best combo for a self care everything day. They all smell great got aroma therapy out of it. Taste great and had me feeling at ease
