Poor quality glitter tulle. Glitter powder is everywhere
The glitter on this tulle is not part of it, the glitter is like dust and flies right off when using the tulle. It gets all over everything and ends up falling off the tulle. It’s just normal tulle with a lot of glitter powder sprinkled on. Don’t recommend these glitter tulle rolls unless you don’t mind having a glitter mess.
