Why You Need Pull-up Assist Bands? If you have difficulty completing the pull-ups, it will help you more easily. If you are professional, this will help you eliminate muscle fatigue. Pull up Bands can help you get over the strength gap that’s keeping you back from achieving dead hang pull ups. Pull up straps offset your bodyweight so you get more reps and increase strength faster. Assisted pull-ups work your back, shoulders, arms, and core. Using a resistance band helps you work on both your grip strength and your core stability. How To Use Pull-up Bands? Step 1: Fasten a band onto the pull up bar with the quick release buckle. Step 2: Place a foot in the reinforced foot stirrup. Step 3: Complete controlled assisted pull up reps without swaying back and forth. Step 4: Step out of the pull up strap with one foot, then release the other to avoid snapbacks. Package 1 x Pull Up Assist Band 1 x Carry Bag

The metal clip with teeth
So when I first got this, I thought it was a piece of crap... The straps metal clip wouldn’t hold where I had adjusted it.. and then I read the reviews and looked at mine. I took the strap out of the clip and reversed the clip and it was fixed and held my weight. If you’re a isn’t holding try flipping the clip

Solution if metal teeth aren’t holding
I had the same problem so I pasted another users solution: “So when I first got this, I thought it was a piece of crap... The straps metal clip wouldn’t hold where I had adjusted it.. and then I read the reviews and looked at mine. I took the strap out of the clip and reversed the clip and it was fixed and held my weight. If your strap isn’t holding try flipping the clip”

Doesn't adjust! The metal buckle is a joke!
This is a joke. No instructions (not that you should need any), and when I try to adjust the length with the metal buckle it won't hold the strap in place. As soon as I step my foot on the band, the entire band reverts back. I'm pissed i wasted time waiting on this.

Helps a little but feels unsafe
Since there are no directions, you have to experiment to find out the best way to use it. I found that the tighter you buckle it, the more support it gives you. Seems logical. The only issue I have with that is it feels like the bands will snap and hit me in the face. I’m still debating on whether to send it back. Seems potentially dangerous.

Unsure
I found it awkward to use and not really tense enough to assist me. It really didn’t give me the assistance needed to be able to work up to doing the pull up exercise easier. I felt like the strap may snap at any moment and injure my face or crotch. I didn’t feel safe putting my complete weight on it as it doesn’t give a weight maximum or warnings as to what the product may do if not used properly.

Works great for my pull-up bar!
Got this to master my goal of doing one pull-up! So far this was super easy to attach to my bar and is adjustable to any length. I got two and a half pull ups in using this so far so it works to assist me. Very happy with this product. Hopefully one day won’t need it

Good pull up band
Great strap. You can adjust the amount of tension by releasing 1 or 2 straps although I am using 3. The buckle is holding well and I have had no complaints. It does what it’s supposed to do and I need it to do a full set of pull ups so for me, it’s great! Sometimes I push my foot out a bit to get it to not rub against my body but don’t always need to.

Was great until it shattered.
After 3 months of use the plastic holding the foot strap shattered and went flying. Before it broke however this was a great use. I started out only being able to do 2 unassisted pull ups. I started my 100 pull-ups 100 push-ups a day program and after the 1st month of using this I had moved up to 9 unassisted pull-ups.The plastic design is hollow and a bit cheap. I doubt it was a weight issue since I’m 160lbs.I’m not giving it 1 star because until it broke it was a great product and I doubt normal customers are using it as many times a day as I was.

Buen producto
Todo perfecto. Pero para principiantes en la barra no es suficiente.
