Fantastic
Fantastic product. Much better than my older model. Works on carpet and lvt. Picks up well and reports if it does get stuck

Dead on arrival
As others have said, arrived broken, error S4.Am being offered replacement parts to fix it myself. But unless you want a build your own robo-vac I'd just buy the new ones. Seems most of these refurbs arrive dead.

Works ok but has errors most days
The robo hoover works ok at cleaning, and it does have good suction. Unfortunately it has an error message most days and quite often I find it 'stuck' in the corner of the room. It is far less reliable than my old eufy and when it dies I'll probably downgrade back to that one.The mop isn't really a mop, it's a cloth on the back that you have to wet yourself before every use. In theory there's a water tank that wets the mop cloth, but it either pours out or doesn't come out at all.

A really nice piece of kit
I had originally ordered a refurbished model and had a really bad experience as Eufy sent me a used one that was in horrible condition. I had raised my concerns with Amazon and can't fault what they did to resolve that.However, I then decided I was going to buy a new one instead. I've had it for just under a week at the time of this review and, something terrible happening aside, I love it. Setup was easy, it does a great job keeping laminate floors sweeped and it isn't particularly loud compared to a normal hoover.A few things to bear in mind if you're going to buy. First, you're going to need to carefully supervise its first few runs while it generates a map because this thing wants to get everywhere. Mine got stuck behind the TV, got tangled in a shoe lace, and stuck under a table in its first runs. You're going to want to set up temporary physical barriers to prevent it going places you don't want it to go until it has successfully generated it's first map. Then you can set "no go" zones so you can remove the physical barriers.You're also going to want to bear in mind that the charging dock always has to stay in the same place, so if you want to use your robovac on more than one floor, you're likely going to need a dock for each floor and extras ain't cheap (about £40).Other than that, I really like it so far!

Absolutely cracking
A very solid indestructible almost Robot. Customer support from eufy was very good. He is doing a Stirling job and the online instructions for how to clear sensor etc worked a treat, only needed to do that once near the start, but I can safely say he has been working very reliably for several months since. Recently attached the mop but so he gives things a wipe as he goes. His main forte is leaving the room looking freshly vacced every morning. Picks up all the finer dusty bits the main hoovers leave behind. His little flicky but it quite good at getting into corners. If he could do stairs that would be heaven, but alas, there is no solution to stairs 😂

Didn’t work at all. Have ordered the brand new version.
We already have an older Eufy Robovac 15 which has been great and very reliable, we just thought it was time for an upgrade. Right away after charging and switching it on the X8 stated error 19 and after following all instructions to remediate the issue per eufy’s advice the issue persisted. We have ordered a brand new replacement instead and this has put us of using the ‘refurbished’/‘renewed’ option on Amazon again.

Stopped working after 15 minutes - have a replacement which so far so good
We we excited to see this in action and for 15 mins it was great. But now stuck on error 6. Eufy support is very hit and miss. Only respond every 24 hours it seems. Have sent back to Eufy for replacement under warranty- but have been told I need to wait a month for a replacement.Update: having asked why the wait the support team sourced a replacement which I have received. Set all up again and you could tell this one was as it should be straight away. Went and mapped the ground floor rather than going off in strange directions. So a few days in am quite impressed. Have set up a schedule and the floors are cleaned every morning before we get up. Fingers crossed we don’t hear error 6 again

Delivered broken
I was very eager to try this when it came but my enthusiasm quickly disappeared as soon has I unboxed it and found it broken. Not worth the risk. Might as well pay the full amount and get a new one.
