Great wireless guitar system at a great price!
This Westshell wireless system works perfectly with my guitar/amp combo (Gibson Les Paul/Boss Katana) playing rock/metal sorts of pieces. It is well designed, easy and simple to set up and use, and sounds and performs perfectly. The range is frankly more than I need, the 5.8Ghz has less interference with my wi-fi router, the charge is ample at around 5-6 hours, and the only distortion I hear comes from what I've dialed into my guitar. The automatic pairing works perfectly and makes life much easier, and the elegant charging system that charges both components simultaneously with only one USB cord is much easier to use than other systems I have tried. Also, the on-demand battery charge indicator is very helpful in letting me know when it's time to recharge--other systems make you guess until they just run out of juice. Add to all this that the price is only about 2/3 the price of other systems that IMHO don't work as well, and it is a fabulous deal, one that I am well pleased with. Indeed, my only complaint is that the manual could have stood to be proofread a little more, LOL!

Great Quality
Sounds great! I noticed it is louder than other wireless cables I have used.It did NOT drop out during our performance like other wireless cables I've used. I do find that the high end is limited and sounds bassie so I have to increase the Highs and decrease the Lows on my amp.I am still experimenting with the Westshell to find the sound I like. Thanks for a great quality product!

Solid budget option for active bass
I use this mostly with my G&L L2000, which is a notoriously difficult bass to get a compatible wireless system for due to the way its jack is wired. This worked for it immediately. At short ranges (10-15 feet), quality is fantastic, but gets way worse just outside of that. My guitarist and three horn players in my band also use different wireless systems and we haven't noticed any interference with each other yet!Battery life has been averaging about 4 hours of use. Sometimes it does take 1-2 power up cycles to get them to pair, but that's been the worst. After a few months, I have noticed that the USB jack and plug that keep the two units together has worn, which means they don't snugly fit into each other any more and occasionally slip out when stored. I also just wish this used USB C instead of Micro. The included right angle extension cable isn't the highest quality. While I haven't had any issues with it, I am using my own for longevity concerns.

Really excellent quality and a great price!
Not only is this easy to pair, it just works and sounds flawless. I went from unpacking to playing in about a minute. No latency, no distortion, just a nice clear signal. Charging both is simple and it stores easily IN the guitar case so even less bulk to carry to a gig. I'm very happy with it.

Music interruptis.
Pros: it connects easily and has a good charging design is great. The transmitter and receiver hold their charge well.Cons: It feels cheap and fragile. The size and shape are a bit awkward when plugged into the guitar. While using I often get a lot of interference from other nearby Bluetooth signals which causes the sound to cut in and out. It makes playing your guitar very difficult. It actually got so bad that I had to switch to a cable.Because of the cons, I don't feel that I can recommend this product when there are other similar products out there that do the job just as well without the interference.

Winner! Super well made and smart design.
This is a very well designed unit. I’ve found the 5.8ghz to work in locations that my 2.4 wireless system would not. I even used this on a boat for a live radio broadcast and had no issues. The sound is pristine and un colored. IMO this is a superior system to most of what is out there in this price range. The dual charging is a classy design. It’s very well made and fits together as one piece for storage in a cool little case. I had never heard of this brand and found it while shopping on Amazon. It was a lucky find!

How to pair
UPDATED: The devices stopped pairing after 3 months. I emailed swift tech support and they told me how to repair. There is a little hole on the side of each device. Turn the devices on then use a pen (or pin) to press in on the hole until each starts blinking red. They should then repair after less than a minute by turning solid green.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I used a db meter to test this Westshell 1 versus a standard guitar cord and came away very impressed. The prior system I purchased (and returned) had a major volume drop compared to a standard cord, but this Westshell only had a 2db drop. Wow! Additionally there is a noticeable difference in clarity of sound perhaps due to the wider frequency band? I haven’t gigged with it yet to test battery life but will update once I do. Most shows are 3-4 hours at the most so I’m optimistic the Westshell will hold up.*UPDATE*- Battery life is 6 hours. Plenty for a standard gig. I bought a portable battery charger just in case.

Good quality investment
I'm more than please with this item, very little to no feedback or drop, with excellent range. I did quite a bit of research before buying. Works well, and holds a great charge. Even the case it comes with is super nice.I highly recommendThanks Westshell :)

Long lasting and Easy to use
This is a good unit - easy to use; a long period of time between charges; an easy rating scale for battery power remaining to avoid running out; good sound. The only drawback I have found is that it doesn't work as effectively with my vintage Fender Telecaster! For some reason the signal is substantially reduced, meaning that I have to increase the volume on both guitar and amp settings to get normal performance. But it works perfectly with my steel string and nylon string acoustic guitars. All in all - a good product.

Arrived when it was supposed to, works as advertised.
Very happy. Arrived on time. In perfect shape. Easy to use. Works great. No interference, did not hear any latency (distance wasn’t really tested) or have any problems with any of my guitars.

Not a good wireless
I bought this product and within a week it started dropping out now 3 months later it is unusable, crackles pops and outright nothing. very disappointed in the quality. by the time I realized it was no good I couldn't return it to Amazon so have been trying to contact the manufacture with no success, says it's made in the US but the web site is a Chinese address. 110 bucks wasted.
