My doctor recommended this for my sinus'. It really helps. Be fore warned....it does have a kick to it! Moreso because of the wintergreen than capsicum! But it works!

This will most definitely clear your sinuses. It does hurt like hell at first but it is worth it for how well it works.

Horrible and scary that it burns your inside of nose this bad that it took my breath away

This stuff is strong and works very well
After a few moments of a sharp burning sensation, your nose will clear up pretty fast. A life saver for someone like me!

Yeah, it burns at first - that was expected and didn't bother me. It does seem to dry my sinuses out after use. This is the side effect that I was trying to avoid w/otc products. Other than that, works well - just not for me.
