Q: Are there 3 total Pkgs for the single price of $12.30?

When I bought mine, which was a different company I think, all of the colors were mixed together and I had to take them into the sun and have separate containers ready if I wanted to control which color I put where.

Q: Do the beads come with a chart or guide that tells you how much uv rays are strong based on the color?

No. I wish they did. Some colors turn before others, so they later ones might need more intensity, but I haven't paid enough attention to if they never turned on a cloudy day. I've tried to research if the colors respond to different frequencies but I couldn't find the answer.

That's strange, when I received my product, they were a pale white and then changed color when subjected to the sunlight.
