A: No Amazon is not authorized.  That is why they have their own warranty.  Asurion.  It is a 2 year warranty.

**Q: Does this watch have a solid feel to it? Hefty?**
A: Been wearing for several months. Yes the watch has a solid feel.  The body is thick. I have noticed several long sleeve shirts were the sleeve is snug over the watch. But so far no complaints

**Q: How long is the strap**
A: It's a metal band. I'm sure if you needed links removed its a quick and easy process.
