The cup itself is well constructed out of silicone and the storage baggies are also nicely made.I am a 34 year old mother of 2 with an average to heavy flow depeding on the day. So, I ordered a large. It is similar in size to my previous cup so I was hopeful it would work just as well, but I was wrong.First off it is much too firm for me. It was difficult to get it too unfold once placed.No matter what angle or how I inserted the cup I could still feel it and it was very uncomfortable.When it came time to take it out the pull tab was useless for me. Even after pressing on the cup itself to release the suction it would not come out using the tab.
