This scale is awesome, easy to clean and recalibrate. I was pleased with the price and how well it was packaged on arrival.

We use this scale at work. Not only is it easy to use, but Adam Equipment has excellant technical support staff. I had an error not listed in the manual. Called Adam Equipment and talked to Rod in tech support. He talked me throught the menus on the scale to reset it. After that, the scale needed to be calibrated. After finding calibration weights, I called back about one month later and talked to George C. He talked me through the calibration process and was up and running in no time. These folks know what they are doing and provide excellant support. If you need a scale better than what you can find at the local Big Name stores, purchase one of these with a piece of mind that you are getting a good product.
