Very comfortable
I’ve got slightly fallen metatarsals, which led to a slightly numb sensation in my smaller toes. My chiropractor suggested an orthotic with a meta-pad - basically a bump which would raise the metatarsals. This orthotic also comes with quite an aggressive lift to the inside of the heel.It took a little while to get comfortable, but I recently did 6 days walking an average of 15 miles/day. No issues and very comfortable.I also tried another brand with a meta-pad. No issues there either. Everyone’s got different shaped feet, so what works for me won’t necessarily work for somebody else. However if your physician recommends a meta-pad, this worth looking at.Lastly, I like the different sizes. I didn’t have to cut down the orthotic at all to fit my walking boot.

These can hurt for the first few days, you just have to get on with it.
Years back Scholl used to do metal plates that fitted in your shoes and they cranked them back into shape every month....man that was sore, for about an hour or so and then you just felt great. But they suffered from metal fatigue (not joking) and were very expensive to replace. Man I miss them. Had that same feeling a couple of days back, yes my instep is sore, but I can walk on my metatarsal arch now. Can never walk about barefoot again. I've bought a couple of these for my running shoes, and various other ones to fit in walking and welly boots. I expect to be back to 'normal' next week, but expect pain until my feet get back in place. Running with heavy stuff in the military takes it's toll, I'd recommend these, but all feet & shoes are different

Good increased comfort and pain relief
Decent insole and certainly increases comfort and support to the important areas. Eased a lot of pain in ball of foot. Only criticism is that the upper lining/coating separates from the base in time and forms rucks, do had to be peeled off and discarded; but the insole was still useable.

Great shoe insert
After trying quite a few shoe inserts I came across the Dynwalker insoles. They are good quality and with the extra high arch, are ideal for my over pronated feet.I have since bought a second pair and highly recommend them. They provide pain relief and stability.

Lobsided fit
Have tried in 3 different shoes: boots, trainers, formal shoes. In all of them the insoles causes my foot to feel like it is sloped to the outside of the foot. Both feet. Especially the left. The arch doesn’t feel adequately supported - so it can’t be because the arch is lifting the foot in some way. For me: Makes it uncomfortable to walk. Had hoped these would take away the pain in my for foot but it seems to have created another problem. The link to the customer support for this product doesn’t seem to be working…So I can’t tell them directly about it…. 🤷🏾♂️

Made me feet hurt more than before
I’ve been trying as many insoles as possible to help with my Metatarsalgia. The pain was only is one foot but after wearing these, it has created more pain in the other foot as well! They are good quality but unfortunately they don’t suit my foot shape and the arch support is in the wrong place. So far i’ve only found one pair of insoles that seem to work well which were just some cheap generic ones.
