Excellent in ear
The NB 18 gives a good sound but I find the ear buds are to big I have only got small ears so I have to change them with smaller ones I have ,they don’t seem to last long it’s always the right ear sounds that packs ,up but the customer service is very good and sends me a replacement

Top Purchase + Customer Service
Update:Just over a year later, I began experiencing issues with the right earphone as it was not working. I purchased a replacement kne from Amazon. Then I realised that I had an extended warranty (2 years). I got in touch with Avantree customer service on their website. Following few email correspondence, they posted replacement with brand new 2 year warranty.Rie from Avantree customer service was very helpful and approachable. 5 stars for the customer service!!!!I am very happy with this purchase. The sound quality, the built in mic clarity and the battery life is very very impressive. I totally recomend.

Not comfortable
Although these work perfectly well I find the ear retainers are too hard making them uncomfortable, this is a replacement for the original headset which was much softer nd more comfortable.

Not good for calls or music!
These are very tinny. The sound is bad for both myself and the receiver on calls. The sound is far better on my old headphones. 100% will be sending these back. Wouldn’t recommend buying these!

Hurts ears after a while
I wear hearing aids so the sound needs to be be sharp and crisp. these are brilliant for that. Unfortunately the earbuds hurt my ears after a while. Very bad design, it is only the retaining hooks that hurt. I bought these to replace BTHT 416 BLK as there must be a loose wire inside the control box after 3 years and 5 months, but I will keep the new ones as the sound is much better for me. (I am tempted to cut off retainer clips). Would have been a 5 star.

Work better than the NB16 pair they replaced. Much easier to use.
