Q: Can these be used on cats?

Label does not indicate for cats also. I checked packaging. I would not use it on a cat. Research another product.

On the package says Tempe Arizona - is where the company is located.

Q: does it help with the inching at all

Yes, it seems to with my Cocker Spaniel. Just having the dirt / wax removed makes them more comfortable so less itching. Just like us if we have excessive wax in our ears it creates an uncomfortable feeling until removed. I love this pads and they have helped my Cocker so much! Other stuff I have used, the smell is so strong it drives him crazy! These have miniminal odor, thin enough to get into the ear easily and clean very, very well. Only downside is they are small ...I have to use two of them per ear on my dog.

Q: Does this really work on tear stains???

Sorry, but I only use these for my dogs ears. I don’t know that I would use it around the eye area it does have Isopropyl alcohol and does warn to avoid eye contact. I would see if there’s something else you could use. It does work very well on the ears and ear canal.
