Great for Gad a form of severe anxiety. I take one in the morning and don't get anxiety all day and night.

Extremely good product at an extremely good price. They are easy to take and swallow. I have just started them so I'm going to give it time to see if I get results, but it does seem to be a very high quality. It does not bother my stomach and I have no side effects whatsoever. This brand is so good I have it on subscribe and save. I highly recommend it
