Swedish Fish Soft & Chewy Candy (Original, 1.9-Pound Bulk Bag)

Simply put, these are delicious and I can't stop eating them. It comes in one big bag of delicious red goodness. The fish are fresh and taste like they should. Each fish is 1 1/4 by 1/2 inches. The only negative, and I am fully aware that I am nitpicking here, is the resealable zip lock type bag is temperamental in that it takes some effort to reseal it.If you have not had these before,then I highly recommend you buy a bag and try it. For those of you who are already fans, I recommend (if you can afford it) you buy the Swedish Fish, Net Wt. 50 oz, 240-Count Individually Wrapped box that is sold on Amazon. I bought it last time but the price has since gone up and I can't justify paying the higher price. However, I prefer it because each fish is individually wrapped and the wrapping allows you to exercise self control for you would feel guilty unwrapping and eating too many at one time. I’m a party planner and I used this product for a retirement party I did a beach/shore theme and also my Goddaughter’s 1st Birthday party (Little Mermaid theme). EVERYONE loves Swedish Fish so the size of this bag was ideal for my parties. It comes in a reseal able bag so it will keep leftovers fresh…of course there were no leftovers!

I love Swedish fish. My only issue was that the title of the product has a certain amount of ounces and what was received was a different amount of ounces. I did not look in the description of the product, I blame this on myself. However, if you are selling something DO NOT write 2 different quantities. Get straight to the point of the correct quantity. This can confuse the customer.

My son wanted a fishing birthday party this year and we bought these to go along with the theme. They are quite tasty and were a big hit. Also it is a very large bag and we had quite a bit left over!

Freshness date 2 months past due. Taste okay, just not that nice soft fresh candy that's sooooo good.

My son likes Swedish Fish and was pleased to find these on Amazon. Prime makes it nice to order online with no shipping charge. Big bag, but it doesn't last long since everyone likes these things.

Yuck! These are not as I remember them. Firstly, the fish in this bag were half the size and many of them were incomplete fish. I've clearly been away from HFCS for so long I can't tolerate the level of sweet. I am allergic to wheat. I was craving red licorice and thought maybe the fish would be a nice alternative - nope - they went into the trash.

This is not a bad review on the batch I received or anything, but an overall review of the candy. This is NOT how the Swedish Fish tasted when we were kids, and I'm not that old (I'm 34). It's very soft, hardly chewy. Goes away right away. Maybe its just me but I won't be buying again.
