Okay ladies, this item made me sweat. But the material is a bit hard and tough. I have had others and they seemed to be a bit softer, the material "gave" more. if you are using it and taking a walk or run i think it would be less obstructive and more comfortable to wear. I used it that way and it was okay.. I also used it to take an exercise class and that was a bit less comfortable. It did work in that it made me sweat a bunch. I mean it soaked through the sweats that i wore over these shorts. They would be a 5 star if they were a bit softer, but then maybe they wouldnt stay put as well as they did.

I like the material and thickness of Of the shorts, And just by sticking my arm through it, it does do it's job. however the fit does not fit me well I wear a 4X for my lower half and This definitely did not fit me, it was too small. If you do decide to buy it see if you can get it A couple size larger than what you really are. Oh and mind the smell, a good washing will get rid of it, but yeah it smells.

My product arrived in 2 days. Ordered a medium because I wear a medium and it fit fine. Im 5'5 and 140. Theres not much room for someone that has a booty so I would say order accordingly if you got junk in the trunk.

These definitely make you sweat a lot. They smell like neoprene and do make noise as you move around. They are loose in the waist on me but they fit my legs and backside and do not fall down even when I'm jumping during my workouts

I love this it is perfect for working out and I do cleaning work on the side and I wear them the sweat just pours off its great.

Wish the waist was adjustable because these fit my logs and hips nicely but are huge on my waist so they suck fo workout in.
