I started struggling with hair loss a couple years ago because, well, pandemic. I purchased this a couple months ago and am several bottles in now. I have noticed significantly less hair falling out in the shower. It's neither terrible or wonderful smelling, like a slight hint of medicinal rose. I find both the shampoo and conditioner to be pretty thick, with the conditioner even hard to squeeze out of the bottle. I also need more conditioner than I would normally or my hair ends up feeling a little dry. But with the little extra it feels soft and great. I do also use 5% minoxidil 2x a week so I can't say that the changes are 100% attributed to the shampoo and conditioner, but I do plan to keep using them together with the minoxidil.

Pros:-Less hair fall out in shower and when combing/brushing-Hair looks and feels moisturized-Hair is nicely detangled which prevents hair loss while combing and dryingCons:-THE SMELL. It is literally like a grandma’s potpourri. Rose scents can smell so good when done well (Lush Ro’s Argan is great) but this smells like a little old lady’s potpourri and it LINGERS.-My hair looks limp by day two- Bottles are really small compared to any other full size hair products I have purchased.

This stuff WORKS great! I've been using this duo for 3 months. Due to medication, my hair started thinning and falling out at a rapid speed. This shampoo / conditioner set has done wonders for me. I'm SO grateful to have found it. I have a subscription, so I'll never run out. I highly recommend getting these if you're experiencing hair loss. It takes a little bit to start working. But it will work. Amazon is the cheapest place I've been able to find it too. Win/win. :)

This stuff better perform a miracle or it’s a total waste. The shampoo smells terrible. Overly floral, but the smell washes out well, and the conditioner doesn’t smell as bad. And I wash my hair every 3 to 4 days and I’m on day two and my hair is so oily. I’ll report back if something spectacular happens.

I use my husband's account on Amazon, and it's not a common thing that I leave a review. If I receive a bad product, I leave it alone and move on. But when there is nothing honest about the product and its marketing strategies, I feel the need to say something. First off, it states very clearly that there are only 3 ingredients in both the shampoo and conditioner products. Very far from the truth. I cannot pronounce half the long list of ingredients in fine print on the bottle. Rates 21/100 on the Yuka app. So if you're fine putting straight up poison in your hair, feel free to disregard my ramblings. The second disappointment was the smell was very chemically. Should have been the big tip off for me. And lastly, it did absolutely nothing to my hair. I put a larger amount than usual in my hair without it noticeable lathering. I wash my hair twice a week, since I have curly hair that doesn't produce as much oil on my scalp. Two days later, I had no choice but to wash my greasy hair. Bad product, dishonest marketing, and a scam to use twice as much product so the tiny bottle will empty twice as fast.

I haven’t used it long enough to know how well it works, but I do think that I’m shedding less hair. I am very impressed with how my hair feels now after using the shampoo and conditioner. I have very few tangles, less dry hair, flyaways and frizz.

I've been using this product now for couple of weeks and love it. I've used nioxin for years which was fine but drying. This leaves my hair hydrated and and easy to style. I've notice less fall of hair but it's only been a short time using it. It goes a long way a dime size amount is plenty of both products. My new system
