Folds super easy with 1 pull. Folds to Bout 1/3 size. One hand or two depends on weight inside it. You can definitely always pull with just 1 hand.

Q: Are the front wheels 360 wheels?

It depends which set you consider the front. One set is stationary just rolls front to back and the other set does swivel 360.

Q: I lost the canopy. Where can I get/purchase a new one?
