Best brownies
I purchased this because I love the idea of bite size brownies and I trust Silpat. It is great to make brownies out of and so easy to clean. Just make sure when you make them, put the mold onto some kind of cooling rack that can go into the oven safely, if not, you will have a huge mess in your oven. My brownies baked at same temperature and for the same amount of time as it would if I used a 9 inch square pan. Also, make sure that you put them in the oven once before use to burn off any residue, then clean with soap and water.

Easy to use
I like the uniform size of the brownies and the ease of removing them. It would be nice if they included some baking instructions regarding cooking time.
