Well built, for the price (I paid $9.99 for a 2-pack, green). The material does appear to be waterproof, but this is a double edged sword as there are no drain holes. So it will fill up if water does get inside. Don't leave the top open in the rain, which might be ok if you're using it as a storage pouch but isn't great for a quick access dump pouch.Overall - good for a range bag or fair weather airsoft. Would not recommend for duty gear.
