I used it on fish.
Marinated some trout, put a twig of evergreen inside, grilled and brush a little on both sides. Was wonderful.I wrapped a fig in bacon, put them in oven, served on the side.

A little goes a long way, more honey flavor than fig but it works.
This syrup is perfect for the drinks at my work! I was on the hunt for anything FIG flavor and I came across this gem.
