Not bad ,may be hard to swallow for some,I'm using these on my doctor's recommendation please do that also.

Thought my diet was missing something so have been trying different supplements individually to see if they make any difference to my quality of life. Zinc, Magnesium and Iron all did nothing. However since I have started taking Potassium I have found I am now sleeping much better without waking up during the night. I cannot verify that Potassium is the cause of this but it only started happening once I started this supplement.

I think the quality is probably decent, but the tablet is just far too big, and sticks because it's very powdery. It sometimes hurts when it sticks in the throat. I will be looking for another

they work if u get bloated but don’t take 2 at once because i had heart palpitations and they might be hard to swallow if you’re not amazing at taking tablets but if you’re used to a bigger sized paracetamol it’ll be okay :)
