I did some research on lemon balm and wanted to give this item a try. I purchased it a few months ago. And I must say that it definitely does have a lot of great benefits and it really does work. Lemon balm is good for relieving stress and improving overall mood, improving the digestive process, and better nights sleep. Lemon balm is also great for relieving some PMS symptoms as well. This is an amazing product to use with a lot of great benefits. I highly recommend this product. It has a great taste it's really sweet so just be mindful of this. I put a droplet under my tongue daily in the morning along with my other health benefits.

I started using this a few weeks ago. I have degenerative disc's in my back, so there is swelling all the time. Lately this has helped with the swelling, which has also decreased the amount of headaches I've gotten!! I refuse to take the muscle relaxers and steroids all the time, so this has been a WONDERFUL daily supplement to them!

The taste itself and effects also are calming, soothing, and effective. I mix this with juice and other liquid extracts such as chamomile, CA poppy seed, passion flower, and ashwagandha for quality sleep. This is healing for my insomnia and I prefer natural remedies over habit forming prescription medications.

I like this little oil it adds to my tea and doesn’t make it too bitter or change the flavor too much which was a worry of mine. Only had it twice so not entire sure if it’s like actually helping anything but I do feel nice after drinking my tea.

Okay, I been taking this Lemon Balm+ for quite a while. I can't swear that I really see a clear difference.It would really be nice if it had a flavor like Lemon but I take four dropper full most every night and I do sleep great. So maybe it is doing what it's supposed to be doing but I would still like a Lemon or lime flavor.

Working on rebuilding my immune system and I find this particular supplement to be very helpful. Have been using it for a month daily and find it to be a game changer. It's increasing my resistance and general wellbeing. This is an excellent brand and health affirming product.

I’ve been taken these lemon balm drops for over a month now and not only do they taste delicious but I’ve really noticed a difference in my mood too. Feeling less stressed overall. Sometimes I’ll add the drops to hot water in the morning but taking them straight tastes just as nice. I really like knowing that the ingredients are clean too. I’m sleeping great also which is always a huge plus!!
