BSN Medical Leukotape P Corrective Taping, 1.5" x 15 yds, Single Roll

This is great stuff! Put it on a hot spot on my foot and honestly forgot it was there the rest of the day. Went for a run, took a shower, walked around the house, and it was still on at the end of the day! Highly satisfied.

This tape is a miracle for my running. I have been plagued by hot spots and blistering on certain parts of my feet that have prevented me from running the distances I want. I have tried everything you can imagine - expensive socks, many different shoes, Vaseline/anti-chafing goop, corn starch, foot antiperspirant… most recently I had been using pre-cut blister tape from a well known brand, which helped to a point, but would come lose after a couple miles or if my feet got wet. I saw leukotape on a Reddit thread and figured, what the heck, might as well try it. This product has given me hope that I will be able to continue running longer and longer distances without my feet stopping me. Once it’s on, it stays put! Even through sweat or running through puddles, it does not budge. It’s thin enough that you don’t really notice it, even on the bottom of your foot, but enough of a layer to prevent blistering and chafing. I cannot say enough good things and am so thankful to finally have a solution to my problem! Not to mention, there’s a TON of tape on this $10 roll. The only thing I don’t love is that it’s a bit difficult to tear by hand, but I can deal with that in light of all the positives! Give it a try!

Leukotape is my secret hack for backpacking, hiking, or any outdoor activity. It's sweat-resistant, holds up against a LOT of friction and significantly reduces blisters. I frequently backpack, and this is my go-to in my blister kit. That being said, I think this was an issue with just this package, but the tape did stick quite a bit to itself, leaving adhesive on both sides. this was easily fixable with some fine dirt, baby powder, or Gold Bond. It helps keep your skin away from your socks, and significantly reduced the number of blisters I had on the 14-day backpacking trip on which I brought this.That being said, be careful where you put it, as I used it to stabilize an over-extended knee, and ended up with contact dermatitis about a week later, so test before you use it on sensitive skin. But after a day or so, the rash went away...

LOVE LOVE LOVE!As an avid hiker I stumbled apon this for preventing blisters and using in ultralight backpacking, which it is AMAZING for.But as a farmer/homesteader this stuff is LIFESAVING! I use it on minor bandage jobs on all walks of animals!Great for furry four legged friends and for the outdoorsy person! Will ALWAYS keep this on hand!
