I wouldn't recommend Mooto. Not a very comfortable fit

Q: Im 5'6" 220 lbs husky/lean what size would be best?

If using standard sizes (000, 00, 0, 1, 2 and on, I would suggest a size 4. Maybe a 5 but, definitely no smaller than a 4.

Q: I bought size 5/190cm it seems bigger than my other uniforms. will this uniform shrink a little after washing? i am 5' 9". i always buy adidas size 5.

I’m not sure if it shrink, because I just bought mine I haven’t washed mine yet. I would get correct size the wash it. Good luck hope this was helpful. Take care
