Delivered one day earlier than estimated. Joy-cons fit snugly without falling out. Triggers are very responsive.
I purchased these on Prime Day 2017, and I can't say enough good things about the process.1st off, this came 1 day after I bought it. Better than 2 day shipping which is unbelievable considering the volume of orders being processed and shipped on Prime Day.2nd, the main focus of this product is to make the individual joy-cons more comfortable to play with for multi-player games like Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. They do that tremendously well. I shied away from playing Mario Kart with friends before buying these grips because using an individual joy-con is just not comfortable. It feels so small in your hands, and you are basically forced to use them with the wrist straps attached because the triggers are essentially non-functional without the wrist strap on. So for starters, these grips are about the size and shape of a playstation controller, so they're very comfortable. The trigger buttons are much easier to press with the grips on; they're even easier to press than a joy-con with the wrist strap on. I tried pressing them from all different angles, and they respond great every time. Most of the negative reviews on this product were a.) the joy-cons fall out of the grips or b.) the trigger buttons are not very responsive.I can say for sure that the joy-cons stay firmly in place, but they're not so tight that you have trouble removing them. My 4 year old was playing with me and waving the controller around, and the joy-con didn't even budge. The trigger buttons, as stated above, work amazingly. They are better than stock Nintendo joy-con accessories like the wrist-straps.There is nothing in this product or its delivery that would force me to give it less than 5 stars.

These feel amazing and work really well
These feel amazing and work really well. The color, material, and feel of the grips are identical to the joycons themselves. The grips are weightless, something I don't mind / might even prefer since joycons are supposed to be light. The triggers are what feels best. They give a little at first and only once you press all the way down does it audibly click the little SL and SR buttons on the joycons. This doesn't make the joycons have a real trigger (AKA one where you could tailor the amount of input you're putting into, say, a racing game in order to accelerate at different rates. BUT the grips make it feel as though it is a real trigger. You may think this could confuse the gamer. It doesn't thanks to the audible click; all it really does is make it feel better, but A LOT better at that. The plastic feels solid. I squeezed the grips pretty hard but not my hardest and they didn't feel like they were about to break or snap or anything. I wrenched the "arms" of the grip in either direction and it also wasn't going to break easily (again I used probably 70% force). So these should definitely be strong enough for everyday use and could withstand the impact of *normal* drops (although I'm not sure I would toss these around just because the joycons inside are expensive lol).I ordered two of these during an Amazon lightning deal and one came from Fastsnail, the company I thought I'd be getting both from, and the other from Dobe Forms Electronics. I'm not sure which set came from which since I unpacked them both at the same time and mixed them up immediately, but I did notice two differences between the two pairs:1. One set, presumably the Dobe set since the Fastsnail set didn't advertise this, came with thumb stick caps. 3 red (two short caps and one long) and 3 blue (same configuration as red caps). Their pretty nice, go on easily and do the job. For those who don't know, longer thumbstick caps are used to increase the height of the stick. That way, in say a first person shooter game, you have finer movement of where you are looking/aiming. The heightened thumb stick increases the spacial circumference in which your thumb physically travels through as it moves the stick around, allowing you to fine tune your movements. These thumbstick came totally unexpectedly but I am glad to have them nevertheless.2. One set, again I'm not sure which, was matte and the other was glossy/more glossy than the other. The glossy set seems to pick up sweat and oil a little more, and reflect light more readily of course. I'd say the texture of the matte is closer to the joycon's texture, but really it's hard to tell. The color between the sets is ever so slightly different as well. I can barely tell only when comparing them side by side. And when comparing each to the color of the joycons my eyes do tricks and both sets look exactly like the joycons in them. That being said, I beleive the matte set is the true Fastsnail version that I had ordered for (based on other reviewers describing this set as matte). Just be careful since Amazon might send you a pair from a different company like they did with me. But even then, both grips are excellent so I'm not even mad.

Transforms Joy Con into a two handed controller
Pros+Matches well with the blue and red joy cons+Durable, well made and inexpensive+The joy con fits well into the grip, it doesn't feel loose, it doesn’t move around inside the grip+The tiny Sl and SR buttons on the joy con are made much more easily accessible by the molded shoulder buttons on the grip. They are springy when pushed. They are not like the typical volume and power buttons found on phone cases that are difficult to press. These are easy and feels good.I+t basically turns a single joy con into a two handed horizontal controller. The bottom portion of the grip was two handles that makes the grip ergonomic.Cons-It offers no access to the R,L, ZR, and ZL buttons found on the top of the joy con (when held vertically) If you have the online nintendo subscription and have access to the NES games on the Switch, you’ll need to take the joy con out of the grip to navigate the menus (you need to press the minus button plus ZL if using the left joy con to exit out of a game).Overall, I’d recommend purchasing the FastSnail Grips. I purchased them specifically because I had just subscribed to the Switch online thing that gives you access to NES games. They require single joy con use and they’re not comfortable to hold. Despite one small con, the FastSnail Grips work well.
