Packaging and Item Just as expected,
This item is exactly what I needed and works for what I needed it for, there are two points that made me give this a 4-star rating. 1. the item has very poor instructions, if you have never researched or worked with products like this you will be totally lost 2. I was expecting the dial that you can adjust the buzzer time to have multiple time options and I found it to only have two, furthermore to reach and turn the dial is not easy even with a screw driver!

Happy with purchase. Very good monitor and intercom for the price. For easier installation mounting bracket & cabling for the monitor could be improved for hollow wall anchors.Mounting bracket should have more depth for the cable entry into the monitor.
