Stage Master Studio 15" Prompter Kit with Hard Case, Black (MAQSTUDIO15KIT)

There were no instructions for assembly but with a little work it went together very easily. The software that is supposed to come with it is only available as a download from their website. There is no info on how to get the software or how to register. I ended up calling the manufacturer and after sending them an email at [email protected] with a copy of the proof of purchase I was given a code. However, I have not been able to use the code as there is nowhere to enter it and even uninstalling the software and reinstalling it doesnt allow for the code to be entered. So, Im still working on that. HOWEVER the software is very useful and simple to use. It would be nice if there were a better control of the speed of crawl but once set it works fine.

This teleprompter had clearly been used, came dirty with used wheels and holes in the hood. The way the glass attaches makes it flop around all bouncy.. I wouldn't use this for anything other than a static shot, but even then if it gets slightly bumped it jumps. Also, the image can only be reversed through the software that is specific for this or a converter. No bueno. Customer service is pleasant.

Was supposed to get a code to activate prompter software but didn't. Contacted them and after a week still no response...

a few things were missing.....assembly instruction or users guide/manual, the Prompter software for windows and Mac and license key, and some hardware to mount the monitor. i called the Draco and only received voice greeting options. called several departments... i left a message and have not received a call back.

I got one new from google search, at a lot cheaper price. I wanted to buy it from Amazon.
