Wow, a really good read which continues on from the series. I like the friendships of the seals and the different conversations both sexes have on their nights out. Great humour from Becker on his child made me laugh. Lots of sex and also a good storyline. Recommmend.

I don’t know how it happened but I’m at a point where I’ll read Elle Kennedy’s grocery list. I came for the hockey romance, stayed for the new adult romance, and apparently the military romance as well? What gives?! I always refused to read this sub-genre because I have strong feelings against the military. And before anyone comes at me I’m not American so chill out.Anyway when Elle promoted this series on social media, I didn’t walk, I ran. And yes, the fact that she mentioned threesomes was one of the reasons. Sue me.And damn that was hot. Hot and sexy. Simple storyline, no 3rd act breakup. I’m not against them but it’s nice sometimes when it doesn’t happen.So overall, a very nice quick read! On to the next one now.

Nowhere near the standard of some of her other books but was readable. No angst which I love in books followed by a HEA

Just love this series. The characters are all good, with a story thread to keep you interested, although each can be read alone it is definitely better to start at the beginning and work your way through. This tale is pretty hot!, they get steadily more naughty, so if you try the first volume and it is too much, then skip the rest - but if like me you want more, more, more then lie back and enjoy!

I love reading books about SEALs. So when I saw that I could read this book for free I thought I'd give it a go, especially as Elle Kennedy is/was an unknown author to me. Well, let me tell you, you have a fan for life Mrs.Why, well when it comes to it, the heroine, Jen rescues herself without the aid of hunky Cash. No, what Cash does is help her to find her confidence which is more important than anything.This book was far from formulaic and definitely unpredictable. I shall now go forth and buy the rest of the series. Enjoy peeps 😉

A little bit basic in story line and no real plot to speak of. Still reasonably entertaining if you like erotic romance.

Good hot read. My first book by this author. Will read more of this series. Nice story line and hot hot scenes. Even a bit of man in man action if that's your cup of tea.

Jen and Cash are wonderful together. Absolutely enjoyed these characters!It is a very steamy book, and there is a M/M/F scene that includes some M/M action. It's not all just sex, as some other reviews have said, because there is a substantial (and interesting) plot line to the story as well, but it definitely has a lot of steamy scenes. If you're a prude or that gives you pause, this is probably not the book for you. If you're not a prude, you're going to enjotly this book!I listened to part of the audiobook on this and I think it was read from the pre-revised version so just a heads-up, the audio book doesn't appear to have the most recent content changes.This is an interesting, steamy, book with great characters and an interesting plot. Great read!

Loved the characters. LOVE the storyline. Who doesn't love a booty call twist. Just enough sweet and heat to keep me ripping thru the pages

J'ai déjà quelques livres de cette auteure dont Jim qui reste un de mes favoris. Je suis ravis d'avoir découvert cette série. Ce livre est chaud, drôle et donne envie de connaître le reste. Merci pour l'histoire !

Es ist das zweite Buch, dass ich aus dieser Reihe lese. Die Bücher können alle als Standalone gelesen werden, hier tauchen jedoch einige Charaktere wieder, die ich aus den ersten Buch der Reihe kenne, bspw. Jennifers Bruder Carson und seine jetzige Frau Holly.Ich finde es bisschen unrealistisch davon auszugehen, dass alle Seals gut aussehen und einfach alle so Sexkanonen sind, aber nunja Frauen können träumen. Außerdem scheinen Dreier unter den Seals zur Tagesordnung zu gehören, was ich auch eher utopisch finde. Und es ist wirklich sehr romantisches Denken davon auszugehen, dass die Seal Männer auf die eine Frau treffen, die sie komplett verändert.Grundsätzlich finde ich die Idee des Buches ganz nett: Cash und Jen treffen sich in einer Bar, sie gibt ihm ihre Nummer, aber der Regen wischt die Nummer weg. Cash wird von seinem Vorgesetzten, Carson, dazu verdonnert, auf seine Schwester aufzupassen, unter anderen soll sie bei ihm einziehen, weil sie von ihren Exfreund belästigt wird. Die Schwester stellt sich als Jen raus. Auch wenn Cash nach Carson nichts mit Jen anfangen soll, landen die beiden recht schnell in die Kiste. Am Ende ist dann natürlich ein Happy End vorprogrammiert, auch wenn Jen nie mit einem Seal zusammen sein wollte.Die Geschichte pläterscht ein bisschen vor sich hin und es kommt keine richtige Spannung auf. Jen und Cash haben viel Sex, bis sie warten, dass Jens Exfreund endlich aus der Stadt zieht und sie nicht mehr stalkt.Ich finde es seltsam, dass Carson als überfürsorglichen Bruder sein Schwester einfach an einen anderen Kerl abgibt. Er hat Eheprobleme und deswegen soll Jen nicht bei ihm einziehen, aber unter den Umständen finde ich das trotzdem komisch. Außerdem ist es so, dass Jen bisher nur schlechten Sex hatte und durch Cash alles ausprobieren kann, was sie will. Auch das empfinde ich als eher unwahrscheinlich, aber gut. Das ist der typische Aufbah: er ist super erfahren und ein Sexgott und sie ist ein bisschen die Naive und die Unerfahrene.Ich habe, wie bereits erwähnt, das erste Buch der Reihe gelesen. Dieser hat jedoch 3 kleinere Geschichten mit jeweils andere Protagonistin und das fand ich deutlich besser, als dieses Buch hier. Da wurde nämlich die Geschichte nicht unnötig in die Länge gezogen.Als erotische Liebensgeschichte ist das Buch soweit ganz gut, aber es fehlt auf jeden Fall ein besseren ausgearbeiteten Inhalt
