Gave this as a gift for Christmas. It is great. But the last week, it hasn't been charging up when plugged in. That is not great. Being it's only been 5 months. I think I am reasonable, to expect a year or more. Before replacing.* Company reached out quickly, after I left my review. They offered a replacement, and I accepted. Very grateful they aim to please. Will update after some time, on the replacement.

Perfect Customer Service
Perfect customer service. Wireless of the product didn't work after 9 months intense use. I can still use with cable. I used its wireless feature everyday during this time with different weather conditions. But its wireless feature worked well during 9 months period.After I communicate with customer service (poduro main company) and they replaced with new one. Thanks for customer communication and services.

Great Customer Service
The first one I ordered worked great for about two months, then stopped. With that said, I contacted customer service, and they sent me a new one within the same day! The customer service experience was truly one of the best I've dealt with, so let's hope this one continues to work.I have a friend who has used this exact charger for 2+ years with 0 issues, so I may have just gotten a dud.
