We began taking them daily and I know I felt a change within 24 hours. My hubby is taking it for different issues. He hasn't noticed any changes yet. It's expensive for only a 90-day supply but you only have to take one a day. It's twice the amount of the other variety so you're getting twice as much vitamin in one pill.
