I have an extra wide foot size 10 women. Should I order a mens insert?

Women often have a wide foot in front, but a narrower heel. If you're sure your heel is wide for a women, then a man's insert should be good for you.

Has anyone who has worn these found improvements in balance and posture?

Nope! Too much heel lift. Will cause knee and lower back pain which cause headaches. Returned instantly.

Will they work with flats/ballet shoes? Thanks!

It adds arch support to reduce overpronation, and has a well designed heel stabilization system to give you better stability for improving posture and balance. Be a little careful of using the product in ballet shoes. They may not have enough structure to help keep the insole in place so that it can help you have stabilizing support.

The instructions for cutting down are wrong

Bought these and needed to cut them down to size - stupidly use the template they provide on the insole and it was tool small when I put it in my shoe - spent 2 month walking around with a gap in my shoe - eventually it kinda flattened out is OK now - the product is great but just triple check everything before altering
