I purchased two of these. A close copy of the classic Plantronics Explorer 50 form factor. Excellent! The BEST EVER! Still, it could be better: 1 volume could be louder 2 no battery level indicatation 3 headset receiving and phone transmitting volume controls should be separated

Except for a little bit of difference in the earpiece it is very comparable to the Plantronics M50 the quality is excellent battery life is excellent and I would highly recommend this product to anyone who loved the M50 by Plantronics this is the perfect replacement!

Bought these for my wife. She likes it and she sounds good and clear when I call her. Would recommend to others.

I have really hoped this would be a more modern clone and alternative to my much-loved Plantronics Explorer 50 or M50 headsets. Any similarity stops at the visual - and even then, there is an immediate difference in the part that goes into and rests upon your ear. See the photos to compare what is shown in the listing to what was delivered. And there are more variations: For one, the listing says it charges with Micro-USB. What was delivered is USB C. I could live with that, I guess. But... Also, the build quality is poor and this is evident from the get-go (however, the packaging is pretty decent). The on/off switch is REALLY TINY. And it is virtually impossible to tell the difference between on or off position visually. When on, there is a tiny, green area exposed on the switch. But it is so tiny as to be worthless. While there is a voice that informs on/off, connected, and pairing - the voice is really, really low in volume and does not seem to be affected by the volume control. The voice also does not report battery level as my Explorer 50 did and there is no audio indication that you have reached maximum volume when pressing the volume control. Perhaps most importantly for me, while a long-press of the multi-function button initially triggered my voice dialing app (on Android), for some reason it stopped working a short time later. Turning the unit off/on, turning BT off/on did nothing to rectify this. All-in-all, a terrible disappointment and back it goes. I didn't even try making a call with the thing so cannot report on any aspect of that.

I bought this as an inexpensive backup for my Plantronics Exlporer 50 (which is a $90 bluetooth headset) so I knew it might not measure up since it was only $20. But the photos showed it with the smaller dark plastic earpiece, which I knew would work in my small ears. Unfortunately it came with the larger clear plastic earpiece (see photo) which does not fit my small ears and is constantly working loose. In addition I can barely hear the sound when I am driving my truck (a problem I do not have with the PE 50). And when I do not use it for a little while it disconnects from my phone. It is probably worth the money I paid for it, but since I got it to use when I am on the water or other places where I do not want to risk the more expensive one, I am not sue it is actually going to work for that.

I haven't paired it with my phone yet so I will update later. It looks good and I think it will work. It's just the right size. (I'm very particular about things that go in my ear) Bonus car charger. Oops! I forgot to update this product. It works well and paired with my Samsung note 10.

Sound quality for those on the other end is bad, people calling cannot hear me they say it echos, sound weird

Que es lo más parecido al descatalogado Plantronick 50. Hubiera preferido mil veces el Plantronick 50, porque, a las personas que tenemos gafas, nos molesta tener la batería detrás de la oreja, porque al tener la patilla de la gafas ya no da para ponerte un pinganillo con una batería gorda detrás de la oreja sin que se te caiga. La mayoría son así, con esa porquería de batería molestando en la oreja. Menos mal que este pinganillo se le acerca un poco, aunque el material parece un poco más malo, pero funciona al fin y al cabo. Luego hay otros pinganillos que me gustan aún menos: los que tienes que unir dos piezas, xq acaban descomponiéndose; tampoco me gustan los q que tienen la parte del auricular dura, sin silicona, xq hacen mucho daño. Esto me ha salvado. A ver si no lo descatalogan también.
