It's an easy read for businesses trying to familiarize themselves with the Lean methodology and learn how to be more efficient. Good reminder on the importance of incremental improvements.I liked the chapter on the 5s and how the author explains the purpose and importance of each step in the process.

The book has good overview material with regards to the topic . However, there are a lot of grammatical errors that make it harder to understand what the author is trying to communicate.

This book covers the great and often hard-to-reach balance between sustainability and profit. I like the way the author laws out all the information, supplementing it with real-world examples and characters. I would recommend this book to anyone looking to make their business “lean” and work toward more profit – you won’t regret reading this!
