Excellent price and quality item, I'm keeping hopeful my new nutrition formula (from the medical journal) will help with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome I have, a genetic disorder of collagen processing, this along with 12 other supplements are now at work in my body. The only side effect so far is that I rattle when I walk! 🙌

I'd read about MSM and its benefits, especially for the older age group. I have to say, since taking them, that I've noticed an increase in energy. Good to have the daily dose in one tablet

I have not noticed any benefits yet, however they seemed a reasonable price until I realised I need to take 4 daily. So it works out quite expensive . It doesn't state if they are taken all at once or spaced out.
