This skirt is really cute I brought it for my 11 year old daughter. It's a little bit more see through than I would like you could probably put shorts underneath I just had to return it .

Very pretty skirt but runs small. My waist is 29 and purchased I a size large. It fits but is a little tight at the waist, not uncomfortably, but aesthetically it accentuates bulges above and below the waistband
