Very practical work out equipment
Very easy to attach the dumbbell. Very easy to put on and take off without taking too much time while switching sides. It does give a very good workout on neglected leg muscle groups, and you don’t have to go to the gym to do it. I’m impressed with this product.

Get’s the job done!
The media could not be loaded. Perfect for any home gym. Easy to strap on and release off. I especially appreciated the option to follow videos online for additional help or training ideas. Overall, excellent product quality.

Not bad
Does not fit with my shoe on. Lots of pinch points. A bit uncomfortable without a shoe on. You need a little wedge/ prop under leg for leg extensions while sitting. Not entirely unsatisfied with purchase. Not entirely happy.

Why Didn't I Think Of This!?
I bought one of these about 6 weeks or so ago.I swear by this piece!I WILL order another one for a matching set!You want to get a good leg workout in?Get you some Monkey Feet.You WON'T be disappointed.The only reason I am is because I should have thought of this invention first.

I really wanted these to work...
I am incredibly disappointed with the MonkeyFeet by Animalhouse Fitness. I ordered two of these in the hopes of improving my workouts, but they turned out to be a colossal waste of time and money.First of all, I wanted to love these. The idea of adding weight and resistance to my exercises seemed fantastic on paper. However, the reality was a far cry from my expectations. These MonkeyFeet are nothing but a hindrance to my workouts. They are incredibly unstable and do not deliver on the promise of helping with form and balance. Instead, they threw off my form completely.Using these during my exercises felt like I was trying to balance wobbly jelly beans. It was not only frustrating but also potentially dangerous, as it increased my risk of injury due to the instability they introduced.In the end, I returned both MonkeyFeet for a refund, and I'm grateful I did not waste any more time trying to make them work. I would strongly advise against purchasing the MonkeyFeet by Animalhouse Fitness. They are a complete letdown, and there are much better options available for improving your workout experience and form. Save your money and look elsewhere for fitness equipment that actually delivers on its promises.

Great product.really like using it
One problem is the padding falls off easily. I’m going to have to get some contact cement and see how that holds after I rough up the now smooth surface. Silicone adhesive works well to . I may try it first. The other problem is this isn’t a durable material for constant use. The plastic is too soft at the band notches so if you’re trying to make it tighter the latch and release lever have a slotted hole and that lets the ratchet mechanism skip and damage the edge of that particular notch making it useless anymore. Perhaps deeper notches would help or not having so much sloppiness in the ratchet part to keep it tight while getting it tight for your use. The release lever is a good idea. Overall I’m going to keep using this until it doesn’t work anymore.

Actually love this product, very well made, very comfortable. Glad I bought 2 then I don't have to switch between feet, much more time efficient.

Finally can do dumbell leg curls!!
Using a home gym has many drawbacks and doing leg curls is often frustrating without a proper cable machine. I think this is the next best option. A little clunky, but I love the free curl motion.I may buy another to avoid switching back and forth.
