Marvel Legends Series 3.75-inch Retro 375 Collection Marvel’s Thing Action Figure Toy

Excelente producto.

The Thing figure from Retro Marvel Legends is a nostalgia laden road trip. Reminiscent of Secret Wars (Mattel 1984) and Toy Biz (1992), this figure works on all levels. Simple, elegant, 5 points and 3.75 scale. Grab one while they are lower priced. Once the film releases this summer, expect a lot of Fantastic Four items to rise.

The Ever-Lovin’ Idol of Millions, Now Pocket-Sized: Marvel Legends 3.75" Thing Reviewed in the United States on Amazon.com There are action figures, and then there are icons. The Marvel Legends 3.75” Thing stands firmly—both literally and figuratively—in the latter category. A tribute to Jack Kirby’s original, rocky bruiser from Yancy Street, this figure is not just a toy, but a distillation of character into plastic. What we have here is Ben Grimm in his purest, most tactile form. His orange, craggy exterior is sculpted with a reverence that borders on the mythological. Each groove and ridge feels carved from comic book memory. The paint application is crisp, the articulation functional if not fancy—but honestly, the Thing was never about finesse. He’s about presence. And at 3.75 inches, he has it in spades. There’s something wonderfully poetic about seeing such a massive, misunderstood figure reduced to a scale that fits in your pocket. And yet, the essence remains. The furrowed brow. The clenched fists. That eternal, existential scowl that somehow says, “Yeah, I’ve been through it. Now what?” He doesn't come with accessories, and he doesn’t need them. Because this figure is the accessory to your imagination—the kind of toy that sits proudly on a desk or shelf, radiating the blue-collar nobility that has always set the Thing apart from his more glamorous peers. In the pantheon of Marvel figures, this one doesn’t shout. It simply stands there, solid as a rock, daring you not to love it. Five stars. It’s clobberin’ time—and it fits in your hand.

Good deal

Everybody's favorite blue-eyed monster the ever-lovin' Thing, Benjamin J. Grimm FINALLY has a 1:18 scale action figure! I would've loved to have had this figure as a child; the sculpting is very good, the limited articulation is a welcome change from figures with 16+ posable points. Ben completes the Fantastic Four figure set very nicely, making up for the lackluster Mr. Fantastic and Invisible Woman figures in the series.

I bought a few of these. They're nice reminder of my childhood of the 80ties. Reasonable priced not much in the way of poseability though.

As the final member needed to complete my 4" Fantastic Four figures collection. This figure of the Thing has more movement( arms and legs) than the other members and is also a 1/2" taller, which gives it a size difference that's just right for the "Big lug". Well made with bright colors and good details of rocky feel with impressive facial expression.
