The regular fit is perfect. The long is way too long.

Better than the competition
These pads do not bunch and are not as thick as Poise pads yet they are equally as absorbent and they have an edge that keep’s moisture from overflowing. They lay flat and do not make a raised panty line. The pads are comfortable to wear and the cost is comparable to Poise pads.

No good after 2 hours
They ok but at times they don't hold you too good. The fold on you and then comes the leak.
