I read other reviews that said the unit isn't great and it needs 2 people to assemble. As a 59 year old woman, who also has muscle weakness, I thought I would try by myself before enlisting my son to do it. It took me less than an hour, it is a bit fiddly and I did adapt the assembly a bit, but it all came together ok 👍🏻. Nice little storage unit, obviously it won't last forever, but it's fit for purpose.

Brilliant item, easy to assemble, looks good, great storage!

Was a little tricky to put together as you put the dowels in first for all pieces and then screw at the end , it kept coming apart which was frustrating but quick to do really. Is a little taller than I wanted , I wanted it to fit next to existing cube unit but it's taller and doesn't looks quite right

Like others have said, the wooden doweling pins are way too loose and flimsy for this unit. I’ve put together far larger and complex pieces of flat pack furniture before by myself and with similar principles behind putting them together, and never had the problems with them that I’ve had with this- thing. Several of the pins have snapped and I’ve not even got anything resembling a unit yet. Anything similar I’ve assembled before has been more or less self supporting while you assemble it, which this most certainly is not. Flops everywhere, pins fall out if they don’t snap first. There’s going to be an awful lot of glue used on this steaming pile. Do yourselves a favour, and invest in an Ikea Kallax instead…

Could not be more pleased. Have put two of the Cube bookcases back to back in the middle of the room - and they hold all my larger-size books that were difficult to fit into normal-sized shelves, and also look really nice. The sizing was spot-on! If the shelves had been just half an inch less tall, none of my big books wd have fitted in. But the sizing was 100% accurate. And I cdn't be more pleased with the result.

Although value for money, on inspection after arrival it was damaged (view photos), I wasn't sending it back as I had bought it to keep the grandsons toys books tidy, and in one place, it was for sale at the right time was going to order some more, but the price keeps on increasing at the moment so will wait until they at the lower price before I order again as I don't think they are worth paying more than £20 for, they are not that sturdy compared to something like the kallax units for eg.

Very easy to build and super sturdy

Sturdy and good. Kindly get a handyman to Help you put it together. Doing it yourself might make it break. Overall it is good totally recommend.
