War on Ivermectin: The Medicine that Saved Millions and Could Have Ended the Pandemic Hardcover – June 6, 2023

Bottom line up front: this book belongs on the same essential top-tier COVID reading shelf as The Real Anthony Fauci, and I highly recommend it.This is primarily the story side of what was going on with Ivermectin and the FLCCC, as well as Dr. Kory’s own personal journey and worldview shift from 2020 to this book’s publication in 2023. The detailed medical evidence for the benefits and efficacy of Ivermectin are available for free on the FLCCC website (including a live meta-analysis of over 100 studies) and not re-detailed in this book, but going through this book will make the dry, technical side of reading about COVID therapies a lot more palatable, because it gives the reader a better, broader sense of the incredible ongoing efforts and personal sacrifices made by those doctors and others who assembled this information and continue to work to get it into as many hands as possible in the face of ongoing attacks (“opposition,” while accurate, is not a strong enough word). There is a lot of information found in this book that would be hard to locate otherwise, and because it is so readable (not to mention filled with human drama), it’s one of the easier access points for anyone just starting to open their eyes to what was going on during COVID.After going through the book on audiobook (the production quality and reader are both excellent, by the way), I got the digital copy because it was worth it for reference and to revisit multiple sections.- Philip Buckler, DDS; author of The Book on Masks

I knew that something was off with the ivermectin story. I had heard that it worked so well in India that the slums did not have a massive death toll, but we weren't supposed to even discuss this with our doctors because....NOOOOO, you can't.... After reading this book, which I could not put down, my eyes are opened to the big picture. Not only did google and facebook censor us when we wanted to find out about IVM, not only did government collude with the socials and the mainstream news to suppress any positive data about IVM, but this has happened before and it involves them all: government agencies, socials, news, medical journals, medical societies, medical charities, hospitals, emergency rooms, etc. The book is riveting and well supported by data.

Spectacular book! I read The War on Ivermectin in one sitting. This is a compelling saga of his journey from highly credentialled intensive care physician to co-founder of the Front Line Covid Critical Alliance. Pierre Kory confides his naivete about the medical industrial complex and his growing disillusionment with the way medicine is practiced in America. When he testified before Congress, he was sure he had found an existing cheap generic drug that would save millions of lives. Extensive science was on his side. He was unprepared for the pushback from the government and the pharmaceutical industry. If you had a friend, family member or patient who died under standard COVID protocols, this information is crucial to know. If you want to make your own medical decisions, it is important that you know the forces in health care systems that are operating against that principle. We must prevent commercial interests from taking over individualized care of patients in the future. Dr. Kory has my undying appreciation for the work he pursued despite huge professional and personal costs.

Bravo for Dr. Kory to tell it like it is. That's what got him into trouble with the AMA and the FDA and CDC. By speaking out honestly about what was happening. This is the scientific explanation, told in an easy to read, funny manner, of how a cheap, effective substance is actually a wonder drug of the last century and this one. Found in bacteria in the soil of a golf course in Japan, this substance, when modified for humans, can shut down viruses, parasites and now, apparently even cancer. Now wonder the AMA and the ACS see Kory as their enemy. But he is a hero.

What happened during the plannedemic? Why did so many people die? Why were so many doctors blacklisted? Why did the FDA label Ivermectin as a "horse de-wormer," a drug that won for its inventor a Nobel prize??? If you are familiar with Dr. Pierre Kory, then you already know that he is a brilliant clinician with a surprising sense of humor. This book is a page-turner. And I even knew how the story ended. Or has it ended? Maybe someday, "the rest of the story" will come out. Maybe someday, Kory and his colleagues will be vindicated. One can hope.

Great information that needs to be told to everyone

Well written capturing true story that comes as no surprise. I wish more people woke up already. We use Ivermectin successfully for various viruses including Dengue in our country. There are publications on preventative and actual treatment with good results.
