I bought this at the end of March. It worked really well and we enjoyed how easy it was to set up. I even bought two additional units for my mom. After 5 months the unit we bought began to reset on its own and disconnect from our wifi. I set it back up twice and it still continued to do the same thing. I reached out for help through the app and they suggested resetting it manually and then setting it up like a new camera. After resetting it manually it is now stuck in a repeating loop of restart and I can no longer complete the set up process.

Had it for a few days in use, so far so good for the money. ( SD card not included ) I bought it with the camera as the suggested items to purchase with it ) the sensitivity i have set to high, it picks up birds, trees blowing, spiders crawling on the fixture, etc. Im fine with that for n ow, has multiple other settings, features seem to work for now. I was skeptical at first, might buy a few more to add. The app lets you add several,

Very cheap way to secure your property. I have had the large cameras and recorders and this works just as well, Motion sensor a little to sensitive but sure I can find a way to fix that.

This is 3rd identical camera. First 2 purchased months ago and work on Android and Apple. This new one has different version than other 2 and WILL NOT work with Android. No update available on play store and current cams also say no update available, running on current. JXL needs to send update to play store.

Pros:1. while it worked, it had a nice range of view and a clear picture.2. customer service is fabulous, and will send me a replacement free of charge (I opted for a different model)3. you can turn on audio to hear and to speak through it4. decent night vision, in color if the light is on, b&w if not5. when it worked, it was nice to be able to view my porch without opening the door.6. Amazon makes it easy to return it.Cons:1. it quit working 5 days after installation. Just plain dead.2. it is not incredibly easy to install by wifi. Hint: it only uses the 2.4 band of your modem.3. I could never get the cloud or the SD card to download full videos4. the camera is very slow to respond. If the delivery person did not stand still, I could not capture an image of him, because the tracking system would not have turned the camera to where he was standing before he left.5. There is no way to turn the LED lights on for more than a second or two. Since it was in a socket over my door, that meant I effectively had no porch light anymore.6. It recorded moving leaves as "activity" but still missed taking an image of delivery men.

This product is so much better than ring & 3 other brands of cameras that I use. The quality of picture, speaker & range is awesome. I wish they made a doorbell product. If you are looking for a security system this is the one you need!
