Q: I received my wellies yesterday, wore them out in light rain just now and they leaked, how can I get a refund?

Wow really? Glad I asked for a refund too. Actually I posted a review saying they were the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn and the company contacted me themselves offering a refund! So that's how mine happened. But isn't there a link on your order details showing you how to claim a refund? I think there should be or a link saying "contact seller" on the main ad page on Amazon above the pic of the shoes.

UK sizes, I am size 5 and they state UK 5 they fit perfectly.

Q: Are they tight or wide foot?

They are wide fitting. I have wide feet myself and find there is still plenty of room for thick socks. They are comfortable, I would buy another pair.

Q: Hi I'm a size 3.5 to a 4, would you 4.5 be too big or do they come up small

I am a 4.5 and they fit perfectly so may be a little big. However, if you want to wear thicker socks then they should be fine.
