Cheaply made thin plastic paper clip holder, this particular one was covered in scratches, the lid had a thin adhesive coating on it and there were hairs underneath the glue. Should not have been allowed to be sold, horrible quality control on Amazon's part.

This was very small and cheap looking
The price was way too high for this cheaply made item. Something you would get at the dollar store for a few dollars - not the $15 I paid. I returned it.
