This is a very comfortable chair
I wanted to wait a bit before reviewing this chair to get a complete feel for everything. This chair is awesome, it’s extremely comfortable and highly adjustable. This has taken away all of the tension and pain I used to get after an hour or so in my old desk chair. The adjustments are also very well done. I especially like the levels for how much pressure it takes to recline, I find myself constantly using this depending on my activity. The lumbar support is also very prominent and gives great lower back support.I’m 6’ 2” 170lbs, and was debating their larger chair due to the listed sizes but I’m really glad I went with this one. Most of my height is in my legs (38” leg length) so the back support is perfect even past my shoulders. Also the headrest is really comfortable and flexible, I find it moves easily with my head when I’m reclining.Overall I highly recommend this chair if you’ve been looking for a good replacement. The mesh also seems pretty resistant to cats as well if that’s also a concern.

Very nice chair
I was thinking about getting an ergonomic chair for long to replace my old IKEA chair. Ends up buying this after comparison for many days. Delivered one day earlier than expected. Assembly is easy with all the tools needed included in the box. Seat is on the firm side among all the chairs I have while it gives me more comfort. Mesh textiles is perfect for the summer. The footrest design is great.

Individual materials are good, together they are mediocre
The individual materials are pretty good quality and you definitely get what you pay for in that department. They have some weight in them and doesn’t feel like they’ll fall apart anytime soon.My only complaint is the assembly and how they are held together. The screws holding them together feels flimsy to me like they can come apart if I go a little too hard. You could probably work harder on the assembly to make sure that everything is airtight, but the assembly itself is already pretty hard enough. The chair will be initially uncomfortable, but once you break it in it’s actually pretty nice.

Great chair for the price!
As someone who has sat in a Herman Miller chair at work for the past 9 years, I wanted a similar chair for my home office but not at the price. This chair seems to be just what I was looking for! Nice design, simple to use with many features, and at 1/4 of the price!Granted I'm only a week in but it seems to work great.

DO NOT PURCHASE
Gas canister went out after 5 months of use, if I lean back the chair will go down. Great chair otherwise very comfortable but expect to sit upright in a locked position.Update: The company reached out and sent a new gas canister, not the correct size but at lease the chair works now

Exactly what I was looking for.
Chair was easy to set up. This was exactly what I was looking for a mesh chair that is sturdy. I am in my chair from 8-14 hours a day and I don't get that pain in my ass like I would from foam chairs.

Arrived with some chipped pieces, but overall good.
Some parts came chipped / scratched, but it's a pretty comfortable chair. The armrests didn't go as low as I'd like, so I ended up just removing them.

Almost perfect
Have the same issue with a wobbly seat like the other reviewer. Noticable when adjusting my butt to get comfortable. It's only been a few weeks, but hoping it doesn't get worse over time. Other than that, I'm satisfied with this one. Currently working from home sitting on it for 10-16 hrs a day. Should probably wear pants sitting on this, the mesh gets harsh on the back of the thighs after awhile. I like that it's quiet and smooth. No annoying popping and cracking sounds like my old chair made when sitting and getting up. After a few years working remotely, I couldn't stand the noise any more. Could be just because it's new, we'll see how it holds up. This one seems like it's made of more plastic parts compared to my previous chair.

First impressions - An excellent chair!
I purchased this chair for home working following an Occupational Health referral for back pain/sciatica.Delivery was expected 12/05/2022 but it actually arrived early on 10/05/2022 which was great. It was packaged very well, double boxed as described, and all the parts were individually wrapped in bubble wrap. The back rest and seat of the chair were packaged in a sort of heavy duty fabric envelope thing to protect them. Nothing was damaged.I was surprised by the actual build quality of all the pieces, all parts are solid and sturdy with a good weight to them, including the screws. These come packaged in their own sections, with spares. They even included a screwdriver for attaching the headrest, rather than rely on you already having one, which is a nice bonus! (see photos). Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Reading other reviews I expected to have it built within 20 minutes but it took me around 45 minutes - my back is to blame for this, the chair is easy enough to put together. So first impressions - it looks great and it's really comfortable, more so than the chair I use in the office. The mesh is really supportive and I've sat in it so far for around 5 hours each day. All of the adjustable parts work well and stay in place, particularly the arm rests. Often on chairs with 3D arm rests it's easy to knock them out of position by mistake but these stay in place firmly. The lumbar support is excellent as is being able to tune the resistance of how far the chair leans back without locking the backrest in place. I built the chair in a carpeted room and wheeled it into my office when built which has a wood floor, the wheels glided over both the carpet and floor with ease. It makes no noise when sat in and moving about, no annoying squeaks or creaks. The only gripe I have with the chair is that I wish the back rest could have a more upright position, it feels as though it is reclined ever so slightly - I have since realised that when assembling the base there are 3 depth options to screw the base and seat to. I have used the middle option so I think if I chose the option to have the base further in it will bring the back rest closer which should rectify the issue.Overall I am extremely happy with the chair, it has surpassed my expectations. I will update this review in 6 months or so (if I remember) to see if my opinion changes after more use.

Good, solid chair
Genuine review- after searching for chairs for wfh and going through reviews, I decided on this one. It was a little pricey, however it is a solid chair so will hopefully last.Need two to put it together, took about 20 mins.I've got a floor mat as we have a carpet. The chair is definitely comfortable and ergonomic and the adjustable knots etc are very easy to use.I like the arm rests and they drop fairly low too to enable me to move close to the dining table which is where I work.I would have liked the neck adjustment to be a bit firm as it feels it will be pushed back instead of supporting my neck. It would have been nice if it also came forward a little more to support my neck too. Will update later if any changes.Edit- still OK, lumber support feels a little loose as if it slips a bit. Purchased a foot rest and the chair seems to be helping, happy with it still.

Decent chair, better customer support
The chair is solid, well constructed. The neck support is a little iffy but can be taken off if needed. it's comfortable and I do like the adjustable arm rests. Customer support was very good with this product, quick to respond with help.

Excellent chair with heaps of adjustability
The media could not be loaded. For about 6 years I've been using a basic gaming chair as an office chair, which was a budget model but was actually quite comfy.I decided to upgrade and get myself something more suited to office use, as opposed to gaming, as I don't game in my home office.I chose this as it had many features that would make it suited to me, such as all of the adjustability options, particularly the lumbar support and the arm rests. This is my first mesh chair and I was pleasantly surprised at how stretchy the mesh is, it was never going to feel as soft as a sponge chair, but in a different kind of way, it's still very comfortable. I guess with a sponge seat, you can feel that squishiness, whereas with this it's more of a stretchiness, it doesn't feel hard in any way, it's definitely not like a plastic school chair, perhaps a little bit like a hammock, for your behindThe item was packaged very well, there was little chance of anything being damaged in transit, as it was double boxed and each part was wrapped in something similar to what you'd wrap E.T in, if you worked for NASA.The instructions for the most part where easy to follow, I built this in about 20 minutes, by myself. The step where you add the mechanism to the seat could have been clearer, there appears to be some room for adjustment, as there were seemingly 3 places it could have fitted and there was no explanation about which set of holes to choose over the others. I chose the middle set (if in doubt, go down the middle), I'm not sure what the difference would be if I'd chose another set.My previous chair was almost straight at the back, I could feel my whole back against the backrest, when seated. I genuinely don't know if I have been seated incorrectly forever. This does take a little getting used to with this chair, as I now feel like I am leant back a little more than I was used to, to get the full benefit of the neck and back support. The seller responds to emails quickly, I emailed which activated the 5 year guarantee and they responded quite promptly.I don't really use the recline function, as I am using it for work (honest boss, never even tried it). I have tested it, but it's not a feature I imagine myself using, I guess if I end up watching some lengthy video on a training course, I may put it to the test, but as I'm not an executive, I can't be relaxing on the job.Overall, it's a very good chair, I'm impressed with it due to its build quality and adjustability. I'm happy with my purchase and I think I made a great choice.
